Motion regarding EuroGames 2012 Budapest:

Dear members of the EGLSF,

As you could have read in the AGA papers which have been distributed by this memberslist and which can be found at our website, the board of EGLSF prepared a motion regarding the withdrawal of the licensing contract between EGLSF and FRIGO as organisers of EuroGames 2012 in Budapest.

Last weekend at the AGA 2011 in Frankfurt, we have had good discussions about this motion. As a result of this discussions a new motion has been put forward by Klaus Heusslein. After intense discussion with the EuroGames 2012 organisers, we agreed with Klaus to modify the motion. This motion has been presented to the AGA  by Klaus and the board. The board withdrew their original motion.  The delegates o the AGA voted in favor of this new motion and asked the board to inform the members of EGLSF as soon as possible about the outcome.

We are very pleased Klaus has been elected as the member of the control committee assigned by the AGA. We have already started our work and the board of EGLSF is convinced the control committee has all qualities needed to fulfill the tasks being given by the AGA.
